Go Pro Mobile Technologies, LLC will develop quality products, delivered on time, for a fair price with a valued and easy to navigate return/replace policy.
Since 2005 the founders of Go Pro Mobile TechnologiesTM, LLC have been working on solutions to the problems that face the mobile professional. Go Pro Mobile Technologies, LLC is a privately held corporation that maintains offices in Springfield/Rochester Illinois and production facilities in Cedar Falls IA. In 2006 Go Pro Mobile Technologies, LLC both incorporated and received an Economic Commerce Commission award for our business plan. In the following three years we executed on the plan resulting in patents pending and sales that cross both commercial and government markets. The Go Pro Mobile Office was officially launched at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show in LasVegas, NV.
It occurred to us that if a population of mobile professionals spend any amount of time commuting, or even working out of their car..........there must be a better way. Effective use of your time translates to higher productivity, profitability or even a better quality of life. We believe that peak performance in any endevour should maximize the two most critical of limited resources: Time and Money
- Go Pro Mobile Technologies offer's the mobile professional the latest technology, applicable business software and platform applications to utilize time that ordinarily is wasted in commute, or field operations.
- In addition to hardware and software, Go Pro Mobile Technologies will consult with the mobile professional to help streamline work patterns in order to make for more efficient and productive use of time.

Individuals and corporations who can eliminate at least 20% of their travel due to use of the Go Pro Mobile Office through reductions of secondary return trips and/or eliminated "errand" task's will realize cost savings in the first year equal to or more than the TCO for the first year of operation of a Go Pro Mobile Office.
Median miles by sales or service dedicated to daily commute as a function of the occupants work is 30,000 to 50,000 miles per year.

A reduction of 20% would equate to 6,000 to 10,000 reductions in miles driven. At $4.00 per gallon and average highway economy mileage at 18.5mpg a 20% reduction would represent a $1,297.29 to $2,162.16 ($648.65 to $1,081.08 @ $2 per gallon) savings in the first year of ownership- just in fuel alone.
30%
A reduction of 30% would equate to 9,000 to 15,000 reductions in miles driven. At $4.00 per gallon and average highway economy mileage at 18.5mpg a 30% reduction would represent a reduction in gallons used by (486.5 to 810.81) representing a savings of $1,945.95 to $3,243.24 ($973 to $1,621.62 @ $2 per gallon) savings in the first year of ownership- just in fuel alone.
50%
A reduction of 50% would equate to 15,000 to 25,000 reductions in miles driven. At $4.00 per gallon and average highway economy mileage at 18.5mpg a 50% reduction would represent a reduction in gallons used by (810.81 to 1351.35) representing a savings of $3,243.24 to $5405.41 ($1,621.62 to $2702.7 @ $2 per gallon) savings in the first year of ownership- just in fuel alone.

Policies
Order Processing
Credit card processing is conducted internally once your order has been reviewed for accuracy. GPMT internet orders are normally processed within 48 hours during our open business hours. Orders placed in the evenings or on days we are closed will be processed beginning the following business day. Order Changes
If you need to contact GPMT to request a change to your order, we will make every effort to make the change. However, we process orders as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee that your change can be made.
On Hold Orders
Your order will be placed on hold if any item on the order is temporarily out of stock. GPMT will contact you if your order is on hold. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your complete order.
Free Ground Shipping Program- General Shipping Program Rules/Exclusions
For all orders GPMT may offer free ground shipping on select internet and/or phone orders of $599 or more to destinations within the continental U.S.A. From time to time GPMT may offer free shipping specials. Additional rules may apply, all rights reserved. Currently we ship to destinations in the United States (including APO/FPO military addresses; certain size restrictions may apply to APO/FPO). Additional charges will apply to orders outside of the Continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii & in some cases APO/FPO), please call or email and we will give you the exact shipping charge for your order. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses vary due to military shipping schedules.
Title; Risk of Loss
If Customer provides GPMT with Customers carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for GPMT, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass from GPMT to Customer upon shipment from the GPMT facility (F.O.B. Origin, freight collect) or from vendor of GPMT. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass from GPMT to Customer upon receipt by Customer (F.O.B. Destination, freight prepaid and added). Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software (if applicable) will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer's rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. GPMT retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received.
Return Merchandise Authorization Policy
GPMT gladly accepts returns for defects in workmanship within the standard warranty period, with additional applicable terms as follows:
To return an item, YOU MUST REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER within 30 days of the invoice date of your item (s). Once you receive an RMA # we must receive your returned item in our specified warehouse within 10 days of your RMA Date. To request an RMA# please email customerservice@gopromobiletechnologies.comwith your order# or Invoice #, Name in which it was ordered under and the reason for the return. All return request will be processed within 48 hours, during normal business hours. All returns MUST be in their original packaging with ALL materials included and in resalable/new condition.
Simply email customerservice@gopromobiletechnologies.comto arrange for an exchange or return. All exchanges/returns must be pre-authorized, and you must have an assigned RMA# from us, before returning any products. If any item is returned without an RMA# and prior authorization your item will be subject to being refused and returned to the shipper or a 20% Return Fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not received a return authorization.
Return Fees
All returns for defects in workmanship must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any item that is returned to us used, altered or without the original packaging will be returned without reimbursement to the purchaser at his/her expense. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. Where GPMT is not responsible for a necessary return, please note that return shipping is non-refundable, and a $25.00 repackaging/processing charge will be applied to returns. Where GPMT is not responsible for a necessary return on any Go Pro Mobile Office (or line extension) manufactured by Go Pro Mobile Technologies,LLC , please note that the return shipping is non-refundable, and a $25.00 repackaging/processing charge will be applied to those returns. If you place an order on our web site within 30 days of your returned order, the $25.00 restocking fee will be applied to your new order. If you place an order on any Go Pro Mobile Office (or line extension) manufactured by Go Pro Mobile Technologies,LLC , on our web site within 30 days of your returned order, the $25.00 restocking fee will be applied to your new order. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound ground shipping price for items returned (applies when GPMT is not responsible for a necessary return). Clearance/close-out items and/or website specials are non exchangable and non returnable. Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice, are not transferable, for delivery in the 50 United States. Taxes, fees, shipping, handling and any applicable restocking charges are extra, and vary. Offers valid only for end users and not for resellers and/or online auctions. GPMT cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel orders.
Payment
Payment on orders from the GPMT website are expected at the time of checkout, however orders are not binding upon GPMT until accepted by GPMT. The following terms of payment are on orders placed through the website either by GPMT or an outside vendor of GPMT in which customer agrees to pay the total purchase price for the products plus shipping (to the extent shipping is not prepaid by Customer). Terms of payment are within GPMT sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period specified on the invoice, measured from the date of invoice, subject to continuing credit approval by GPMT. GPMT may invoice Customer separately for partial shipments. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the lower of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowed by law. Customer will pay for, and will indemnify and hold GPMT and the entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with GPMT ("Affiliates") harmless from, any applicable sales, use, transaction, excise or similar taxes and any federal, state or local fees or charges (including, but not limited to, environmental or similar fees), imposed on, in respect of, or otherwise associated with the order or the products. Customer must claim any exemption from such taxes, fees or charges at the time of purchase and provide GPMT with the necessary supporting documentation. In the event of a payment default, Customer will be responsible for all of GPMT costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs, filing fees and attorneys' fees.
Limitation of Liability in Use
Under no circumstances will GPMT or its affiliates have any liability with respect to any claims or damages (whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive) as a result of your use of (or inability to use) any product provided or manufactured by GPMT, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your access and use this Website and it's products are at your own risk.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
GPMT may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. If you access or use the Website after GPMT posts a change, you accept that change. If you do not accept the change, do not access or use the Website. You should check these terms and conditions of use periodically. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the matters contained herein and supersedes and replaces in its entirety any and all prior communications and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral, written, electronic or implied, if any, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Governing Law
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT SALES AND ANY SALE OF PRODUCTS HEREUNDER WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. ANY ARBITRATION, ENFORCEMENT OF AN ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION WILL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN SANGAMON COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AND CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED THEREIN, SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF AND WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE VENUE. CUSTOMER FURTHER CONSENTS TO THE EXERCISE OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION BY ANY SUCH COURT WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH PROCEEDING. Except in the case of nonpayment, neither party may institute any action in any form arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Product Sales more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen. The rights and remedies provided GPMT under these Terms and Conditions of Product Sales are cumulative, are in addition to, and do not limit or prejudice any other right or remedy available at law or in equity.
Access and Use of the Website
GPMT grants you a limited license to access and use the Website, including to display, copy, distribute and download its content, only for your personal, non-commercial use and provided that you do not modify the Website, its content, or any copyright or other proprietary notices. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms and conditions of use. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies in your possession.
Unauthorized use of the Website or any content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Posting and Transmitting to the Website

Waiver and Limitation of Liability in Use and Practice of GPMT Products
DO NOT USE THE Go Pro Mobile Office ( or any line extension) WHILE ENGAGED IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT WOULD REQUIRE YOUR REASONABLE AND FULL ATTENTION. THIS MEANS DO NOT ENGAGE IN DISTRACTED DRIVING. Your full attention while operating any machinery including a motor vehicle or engaging in activities that require your full attention should preclude any use of any product made available by GPMT. The dangers of distracted driving are qualified, clear and illustrated on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at www.nhtsa.dot.gov.
Under no circumstances will GPMT or its affiliates have any liability with respect to any claims or damages (whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive) as a result of your use of (or inability to use) any product provided or manufactured by GPMT, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use or misuse of any product provided by GPMT are at your own risk and liability. Purchase and/or use of a Go Pro Mobile Office by you or anyone else constitutes an acceptance of liability to the buyer, user, and all decendents.
Important Information About These Terms and Conditions of Product Sales
These Terms and Conditions of Product Sales constitute a binding contract between Customer and GPMT and are referred to herein as either "Terms and Conditions of Product Sales" or this "Agreement". Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Product Sales by making a purchase from or placing an order with GPMT or shopping on GPMT's Website (the "Site").
